The first track on my upcoming release, "Death & Rebirth".

This track was written to release all the fear and anger and pain that I experienced as an activist in the lead up to a life changing gender affirming surgery in March 2023. At the time, I had been targeted by fascists and transphobes, received death threats for my work, and had to rescind from my public life until it was safe - which never really happened. I thought at the time that surely the worst had passed, but I had no idea what was in store for the rest of the year.
