This was the last song recorded on the album and was written with the intent to describe how I felt at the beginning of this recovery journey. I have come a long way in my healing and every day is far better than it was. When I experience an agoraphobia attack, I feel as if I can’t speak and can’t move. Often the fear that I will again be attacked becomes so overwhelming that I have no choice but to just collapse.

It is an intense and incredibly terrifying experience and this track was, in some ways, an attempt to distill how it feels to compel myself to keep moving forward even while in that place.
